Branzan is a conservative investor that participates in diversified investment activities. While most of our liquid holdings are sourced internally, we are always welcome to outside requests for more illiquid opportunities. We prefer to make investments in the size of $1-5 million which include:

• Well-collateralized loans

• Trade financing transactions

• Producing mineral interests

• Hard-money loans

• Performing and non-performing debt

• Other special situations
